2025 School Library Learning Academy

Apply for the Alaska 2025 School Library Learning Academy in Anchorage, June 2-6. Applications will close on April 1. Decisions will be made by April 15 and communicated via the email provided. Potential attendees will be asked to respond with confirmation of attendance by April 30.

Participation costs $100 and includes breakfast and lunch during the in-person workshop.  Lodging will be provided for participants outside of Anchorage, and transportation will be reimbursed for individuals travelling more than 50 miles to attend. In addition, all participants will have the option to receive 3 continuing education credits at no cost and will receive up to $120 of free books. 

We are grateful that the School Library Learning Academy is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Alaska State Library, as well as funding from the Alaska Association of School Librarians.
